114 Tropicana Park Fase 1V is an end terrace house set in attractive maintained gardens with a shared pool. The ground floor is open plan with sliding patio doors which lead to the terrace (ten paces from the pool) which has a table, chairs and sun loungers.
The kitchen area comprises of a hob, mini oven, fridge and sink. The storage cupboards have all the basic crockery and cutlery you will need for your holiday. The ground floor has a dining table and chairs, a lounge area, some satellite TV and a selection of English DVD's.
The house is also fitted with an enclosed wood burning fire. There is a downstairs utility room with a toilet, sink and washing machine. (Laundry and cleaning service available for short lets).
There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a walk on terrace with a sun canopy which has views of the pool below and the Montgo Mountain ahead. Both bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and bedside table, large fitted wardrobes, and a dressing table. The bathroom comprises of a bath with fitted shower, a toilet and bidet, cupboards and a mirrored cabinet above the sink.
There is also a growing library of books to chose from, to borrow for a trip to the beach or a relaxing rest by the pool.
