Stay at Tropicana Park holiday home in Denia Spain  Welcome to Tropicana Park. Our Spanish holiday home in Denia situated in the Costa Blanca region, and is available to rent or long term let throughout the year.
Tropicana Park is about 100 metres from the sea and sandy beach. It is 1km from the centre of Denia, which has an ancient castle and a busy working port where boats can be chartered. There are plenty of shops and out-door cafes to choose from and a weekly market (on Monday's).
Denia tourist information office in the centre of town is very helpful. Within five minutes walk from the holiday house you will find several restaurants and cafes, two supermarkets, a newsagent and tobacconist, a chemist and a variety of bars. There are several golf clubs nearby as well as tennis clubs and a health club just a few minutes from the house.
There are many attractions nearby in the Benidorm area (30 minute drive), Terra Mittica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundimar Dolphin Sealife Park. There is a train service which links Denia with Benidorm and onwards to Alicante.
There is a new Marina just a few minutes walk from the house where boats can be chartered. It is a very pleasant walk along the new harbour wall where there are several bars and restaurants to rest in and a lovely cool breeze, much appreciated in the summer months.
Denia is in the Costa Blanca situated opposite the Balearic Islands. It is accessible by air through the international airports of Valencia and Alicante which are approx. 60 miles (96 km). Denia is midway between the two and linked by the A7 motorway which runs the length of the East Coast of Spain from France. Mercia airport is a little further away about 115 miles (180km).
We can arrange for a local English speaking driver to take you to and from the airport.
High-speed trains serve this coast offering an alternative form of travel. A local train service runs from Denia to Alicante stopping at many coastal areas including Benidorm. There are regular ferries from the port of Denia to the Balearic Islands as well as boat trips to Javea, Calpe and Gandia.
